Fights as hotly disputed as JMM/PAC I & II, incidentally. Jean Pascal ain't no world beater, but he was a legitimate multi-time world champion who possessed bundles of speed. Just sayin'. :bbb
Passionate but not with blinders on my friend. Maybe you've failed to see that. I picked Mayweather to win comfortably over Marquez.
Pascal is'nt slow, but I certainly dont view him as particularly quick or speedy, and certainly Pascal is nowhere near the boxer Dawson is. Imo Dawson has lacked desire and focus in his last several fights, not just the fight against Pascal where a lazy Dawson got outhustled and outworked. Hopkins is the one guy Dawson has been calling out for the last couple of years, so I know desire and focus is'nt going to be an issue with him in this fight. Its a mismatch in Dawson's favor, and I'm on record as stating it to be so.
Likewise, I never considered Taylor to be lightning quick. In fact, now that you mention it, Calzaghe's speed is outrageously overstated by all. Perhaps not, but Hopkins has a tendency to render his opponents completely powerless in the ring. It's kind of scary. Dawson has never been in the ring with a guy of Hopkins experience, ring IQ, or skills. Hopkins may not win, but it'll almost certainly be a competitive, two-way fight. Pacquiao is going to be the first man to legitimately knock JMM out. I'm on record.
Great, we'll see who's right after they're fought.:bbb Btw....legitimately knock Marquez out? Who's ever stopped Marquez even unlegitimately?
Wow, really? That Pinoy bloke is a bad man. Liable to **** up whoever is next on his agenda. Who's next, D? :bbb
Possibly. If a fight between Vitali and Haye comes off and Vitali wins though that would mean he'd have wins over Solis, Adamek and Haye. It would be a tough one at that point
