If hopkins fights danny green like this.....

    He will get KO'd too. Hopkins i'm sure is fighting at a lower level tonight
    considering the comp, but he's showing his age. If he gets hit at all like he
    is tonight then green stomps his ass.
    We might have green/dawson for 175 lb supremacy folks.

    I'd personally love to see it.

    Didnt people say the same thing before the Pavlik fight?! Hmm. It is unwise to underestimate Hopkins.

    Green fights nothing like paylik and hits waaayyyyy harder. Green is a big lightheavy with a solid fundamental gameplan. Hopkins won't be able to manhandle green the way he did pavlik. Also, by the time a hops green fight happens nard will be 45. Green at this point is just too physical for
    these old guys. Dawson is the only one who could tame green. I'd favor
    green to beat glen johnson too. Just by decision. I'd also favor green to
    beat erdei for the WBC CW strap. Something that just might happen too.

    Stop trying to make Danny Green into something he isn't because he landed a shot on a chinny Roy Jones. He hasn't become a beast overnight, the knee jerks despite the fact the circumstances of that are perfectly obvious are deplorable. Danny Green is a basic come forward fighter, thats all he ever was or will be. The same guy that Anthony Mundine pissed on. He ain't got nothing.

    As for Hopkins, if he fights Roy that is an absolute disgrace. I don't want to see him fighting the chinny old Roy or Danny Green.

    Accurate.

    I think Hopkins would be more dominant against Green than he was against Ornelas.

    Yeah right...This victory will be the equivalent of Kevin McBride knocking out Mike Tyson.

    Nice little victory for the Aussie but nothing significant in the greater context..Just shows that Roy needs to hang em up

    Agreed. Green ain't in his prime, and Hopkins WOULD toy with him.

    I wouldn't mind seeing Hopkins fight Green, as beating Green would be the ultimate slap in the face to Roy, but there are bigger fish for him to fry.

    You're usually smarter than this TFFP. Green is not even remotely
    the same fighter now then when he fought at the LATTER stages of his 168 lb campaign. Green is as dangerous opponent as any guy in the 175 lb division. Green could very well KO hopkins with another "lucky" punch, and even a casual fan could see that if they watched him fight. To say green
    has nothing might come back and bite you in the ass, sir.
