He usually does something outlandish before every fight. Remember the Trinidad flag incident? How about the Winky weigh in? He just does assholish things to hype his fights.

However, this time he's been ominously quiet. One thing people fail to mention is the fact that it seems the Hopkins people approached the Pavlik camp for making this fight. I think that, along with his lack of antics leading up to this fight, indicates a confidence in Hopkins.

I think he really does relish the thought of fighting KP, whereas for the Calzaghe fight it was Joe that was pursuing him. We shall see how it goes.

ok uppercut. next time one of the klitschko brothers knocks out a "BRUTHA" and says we would never lose to no "n" word I bet you'll be all over it. screw the hype, keep race out of the sweet science.

by the way. holyfield happens to be my favorite fighter of all time.

boy you're tough on the computer. Can say just about anything huh? I would LOVE to get you in the ring and bust you up. One liver shot and you would turn into a coward.

Hopkins did school him though. Pavlik should have never went up to 170 but i don't think it would have mattered. Hopkins just to athletic for him. Strange that Hopkins didn't fight against Taylor like that. Calzaghe was confused also by Hopkins for the first time but was athletic enough to overcome.

Guess he was salivating to beat that ass last night and show up all his opposition. :rofl

Seriously though, internet tough guys always get mad when things don't work out how they like it. I've boxed recreational for a few years, yet you'll never see me act like I can whip up on some dude over the net. People talk a lot of **** when they know they will never meet in person.

KP got beat and that's just the way it is. He took a lesson that he;ll never forget. I think he could either learn from it and come back stronger, or let it break his career.
