If we're including newer weight divisions and keeping the old fighters within their traditional weight classes, then I'd say:

    -Heavyweight - Muhammad Ali
    -Cruiserweight - Evander Holyfield
    -Super middle: Roy Jones Jnr
    -Welterweight: Sugar Ray Robinson
    -Jnr Featherweight - Wilfredo Gomez
    -Jnr Bantamweight - Khaosai Galaxy
    -Flyweight - Jimmy Wilde
-Strawweight and Light flyweight - Ricardo Lopez

If we're only including the original 8 weight classes then Ricardo Lopez would be a flyweight, Khaosai Glaxaxy would be a bantamweight, Wilfredo Gomez would be a featherweight, and Evander would be a heavyweight so none of them would be on the list. Which leaves Ali, Robinson and Wilde as the only fighters who I think could have beaten everyone ever in their weight divisions.

First name that came to mind was Gomez at super bantamweight, don't think anyone beats him in his prime at that weight. Possibly Floyd at super feather although maybe Arguello and Chavez beat him would favor Chavez at 135 over him.
