This fight against a shot Oscar told me all i needed to know about how "great" FlIVd is in the grand scheme of things. Second best of our generation and no way in hell is he the TBE. Not even close. Maybe top 30 but thats a bout it. Would any of you seriously say he rates ahead of someone like Hagler? A truly all time great who unfortunately never got and continues to not get the respect he deserves on an all time level.

Oscar threw everything he had at Floyd in the first three rounds. After that he gassed and Floyd racked up the rounds easily.

They both used the tactics that gave them the best chance of winning. Floyd won.

I'll be mad too if I were you. You spent your whole life hoping to see Mayweather lose but he didn't. The last thing for you to hold on to is a close fight that he had De la Hoya. And I'm the one embarrassing myself?:p

How many weight classes did Hagler conquer? If Mayweather was not the best of his generation then who was?

Oscar is full of dooky and fear. Floyd had been trying to get a fight with his ass for at least three years before he accepted.

How many weight classes did the greatest of all time conquer? I dont want to hear that bs about winning at different weight classes. Manny is the best of our generation in my opinion. Better resume and FlIVd avoided him till he slowed enough to be sure of victory.

Maybe yes , maybe no . It’s possible, but it’s also possible that floyd would have fought prime fishnet differently .
GGG was over the hill and beat clenelo, but if you ask oscar he will tell you that GGG was in his prime and clenelo beat him.

Your manny has 7 loses and 2 draws.
You wan't to talk about close fights. Let's talk about those bouts with JJM.
I guess you've forgotten that L Mayweather gave your Manny back in 2015.
According to your Manny's own trainer Freddie Roach, Meaweather is the best fighter of this generation.

I doubt it. Oscar in his prime couldn't KO, stop or drop Sweet Pea. And Whitaker, while defensive genius, was clearly past his best at that time. So why does he stop prime Floyd, who was less hittable than past prime Whitaker?

Are you implying DLH was ducking Floyd? LOL

Everyone with half a brain knows why that fight didn't take place at that time. Basically Floyd was a relative "nobody" fighting other "nobodies" 2 divisions below DLH while DLH was fighting the top guys at his division.

Not easy, but DLH wins. Prime DLH was a better fighter than prime Mayweather. And that's saying a lot. He would have lit Manny up too.

Emannuel Steward who worked with Moorer and Lewis and Hearns and McClellan said DLH was the most talented fighter he ever worked with.

JMM is a top 5 greatest counterpuncher of all time and he was roided to the gills for III and IV. Floyd was juiced against Pacquiao and he dragged JMM up 2 weight classes and cheated him on the scales.

Shot Morales? Old and fat Morales took Danny Garcia to school and was extremely competitive with Maidana, a guy that pushed Floyd's stool in.

No version of Oscar beats any version of Manny.
