If I was Haye I'd push for 70% against Wlad.

You're really good in spinning right?
Everybody wants to see Haye in with Wlad or Vitali! And it won't be a competitive fight, Haye is only relevant today because he pulled out twice already and so didn't get his beating. But it's one of the fights that have at least the "figure he gets in a lucky shot" edge... Not many opponents left for the brothers.

More serious estimates say that Haye got 5 - 5,6 million pounds for the Harrison fight. Haye has never made eight digit numbers, the Klits have.

SKY never release figures, all we have to go on is what newspapers pick up, like I said on my original post:

    Anyways, Valuev:

For Ruiz you'll have to wait because as I read it in a boxing article. It is online but as I recall I had to go about 70 pages into google to get it last time. I'll post them up at some point, it's a difficult one to find due to only being 400k and wasn't talked about at all in the press. Alternatively feel free to go through my post history since I can't use the search function for ****.

If Harrison was a draw he'd be on TV getting good numbers all by himself wouldn't he?

They both sell, it always takes two fighters but if 800k bought for the Valuev fight you can be pretty sure the biggest % bought for Haye.

I don't disagree. Mind you if Chagaev gets pushed aside and Povetkin is named mandatory I won't complain.

Like I said in my post I'm just justifying Hayes demand for 50% since I'm still getting into discussions who say Haye should be "lucky" to get 50%, he's being greedy, etc etc.

How do you figure when Wlad earned 5 million total selling out a 40k stadium against Peter?:think

I think that we all know Haye has created a serious buzz for himself in the Heavyweight division. However, we also know that most of this was just do to his mouth. Haye should HAPPILY take a 50-50 split for a chance at the Divisions true Champ, Wladimir Klitschko. Popularity like Haye has right now only last for so long if you don't start producing the goods and backing up the talk that got you there. Haye should be calling the Klitschkos daily, and thanking them for his success. We all know that he got the kind of popularity that he has by slandering them in the media and riding off of their popularity and success.

Blame Wlad for not overpricing his fans at the gate and also forcing them to watch him on PPV? That's something that I commend him for.

You don't know me do you? I'm the biggest Lewis nut on this site.

I also regard Wlad as the no1 HW, the rest is ignorant drivel.

    Where have I said otherwise?

Fair enough, that will be reflected in future. Wlad didn't fight his biggest threat.

    Same old boring shite, y..a..w..n.

I pick Wlad too, what the **** are you going on about? Did you even read my post?

I happen to think Adamek and Povetkin both have a good shot against Haye, and believe K2 beat him 8-9/10 you seem to have me mixed up with a nuthugger.

Haye brings enough to the table to demand 50%, you're argument is the same old brainless ****.

Then why Haye waste everyone time by fighting Harrison if Harrison ain't a draw? Haye could easily have fought Wlad instead of Harrison but NOOOOOOOO!!!! Haye went to hiding until he finally show his face in the press conference for the Harrison fight.

Not entirely sure why you're talking about Valeuv. Never disputed that figure. It was the Ruiz figure I want. The fact that it was seemingly unreported makes me very suspicious about the success of the event

notice how Hayeweather no longer boasts of saving the heavyweight division? Just like Floyd no longer talks about cleaning up boxing.

Two liars who will say anything to cover up their cowardice.

The fact that Haye couldn;t drew big numbers against Ruiz shows that he needs a gimmick to hook the casual fans. David vs. Goliath was a great gimmick as was facing Harrison. Harrison couldn't draw on ppv because he's not a good enough fighter to get into big matches unless a champion wants a gimmie.
