Manny Pacquiao is like other fighters who fights under the commissions' rules & regulations. If the Mayweather had problems with NSAC's & other commissions way of testing, then why did he joined the PRO ranks? If he's afraid that his opponents could be juicing, he shouldn't have fought them and instead demanded this OSDT a long time ago. Pacquiao is a professional boxer who follows every commissions' rules, just like other fighters, and unless those rules are changed and amended... everyone should respect it or retire, in Floyd's case, he chose the latter.

The flying analogy is perfectly appropriate. Manny has never said that he is "afraid of needles." He has said he doesn't like giving blood because he feels it weakens him. Furthermore, he has stated that he felt impaired by giving blood too close to the first Morales fight. Rightly or wrongly, he attributes the loss to giving blood close to fight night. This is my point. It doesn't have to be a rational belief, just as a fear of flying isn't rational. I don't personally feel any ill effects after donating blood, but I won't dismiss as BS someone's claims that they feel odd after having blood drawn.

To your previous point about leverage. What was different in the first negotiations that compelled Floyd to give ground and offer 14 days? What was the impetus for conceding anything? Did he feel pressure to not appear to be ducking Pac? Was the money too attractive? Did he want to please his fans or add to his legacy?

After gaining this leverage, he is now willing to pass on the fight if he doesn't get 0 days. What changed? That's a lot of money to dismiss because his feelings were hurt.

Pac is the only man on earth to give up that kinda $$ for a simple blood test. Most fighters (all clean ones) would be willing to take blood tests in between rounds for that $$.

not to mention the legacy enhancement that would result in winning and the fact that you get to try and beat the **** out of the cocky ******* talking so much smack about you.

So does that mean floyd doesn't want to fight pac unless pac submit to a full blood testing?

    Can you tell me why?

A lot has been said and thought on the subject of testing and PEDS.

This drama story is simply crazy... Pacquiao may be at fault during the first set of negociations for failing to be more reasonable but ever since Spring of 2010, the blame should only belong to Mayweather.

It's been confirmed and re-confirmed over and over again that random blood tests up to 7 days prior to the fight with a blood test right after the fight and also unlimited random urine tests all the way to the fight, is quite sufficient.

Pacquiao has also been quite open about the fact that he's mentally affected by blood tests ever since the Morales I fight, it didn't just come out of the blue when Mayweather started asking for it. If for example, a guy is sure that getting laid right before a fight will affect him, then he most certainly will be affected during that fight. Sports at the highest levels are just as important mentally as they are physically.

Bottom line, Mayweather is now the only one to blame for this fight not happening since Pacquiao has agreed to enough testing in order to make the fight a true fair playing field for both.
