This'll be a tough fight for Joe, much tougher than the Pavlik fight would be.
But i have to disagree with some of your points here. There won't be a KO in this fight. In the unlikely event a KO does occur it will be Joe flurrying his way to a referee stopping the fight, but considering it's in America this is an unlikely event as well. The reason i don't see a Roy Jones KO is for two simple reasons.
    1) Roy hasn't knocked anyone out for like 8 years
    2) Joe has taken hard shots to the head from many hard hitters, hitters that hit harder than Roy and Joe has not been hurt by any of them, the few times he has been on the floor have been from flash knock downs which he has gotten straight back up off the floor with no noticeable shakyness in the legs.

You have to look at Roys last three wins, very poor in comparison to Joe's last three wins, Roy to me in his last fight showed exactly why he will lose this fight not why he will win it. He needs very long rests, this will obviously favour Joe who doesn't need them or not as many anyway. He isn't as mobile as he used to be and this also doesn't bode well for him.

Roy obviously has a chance, it depends on his fitness for this fight. If it has improved since the last fight then of course he has a chance, but i don't think his fitness will have improved drastically enough for him. Roy is a top guy, great boxer, i just wish he had retired straight after his heavyweight fight.

Roy talks like a modest, middle aged man who has his grandchildren in the room with him.

Calzaghe talks like he's Roy Jones...

From Roys previous fights, he can only fight for 30 seconds of a round, I mean he was never a high volume puncher but he was never not a threat all the time like he seems to be now. He is also vulnerable at all times now.

Calzaghe has a high volume of punches, good whiskers.

How done is Roy, thats what this comes down to.

Pugliest is nothing more than a Joe assclown and nothing more. He's taken with little seriousness.....Joe fans are worried, but they're too ignorantly arrogant to show such worry:deal

jones cant afford to just turtle to joe because joe will just rack up points whether he's landing or not he'll get points for aggression. When joe gets set to punch he needs to punch with him or tie him up like hopkins did to upset his rhythm. Joe is such a frantic fighter you need to be aware of his feet to be able to time him which is easier said than done

RJJ can't set up a good counterpunch the way Hopkins can.

his footwork isn't as calculated as hopkins' and he can't predict what his opponent is gonna do as well as BHop either.

Roy Jones is a reflex fighter. Hopkins is a one-step-ahead fighter.

I'm over-simplifying but you get the drift. RJJ can't lead CAlzaghe into a right hand the way Hopkins did.
