If Ike Ibeabuchi never got arrested?

    What if Ibeabuchi never got in trouble with the law? Would he have eventually become heavyweight champion?

    I think Tua damaged him for good. As far as I heard, his mental problems really came to manifest after their fight. So, he might have been on the downside already. That said, he still beat Byrd so he could have grabbed a strap.

    You have to suspect that he was always destined to be a flash in the pan, due to his mental instability.

    He was too unstable to attain greatness..something of a Nigerian Oliver McCall.

    I can him wining a championship, but I don't see him holding it very long.

    Then he would of been an average Heavyweight with a decent punch and chin, who may of sneaked a top 30 rating in his pomp. His demons outside the ring, were what gave him the 'X-Factor' inside it.
