Unfortunately, Crawford is 35 and 36 in September. It's a shame that it took so long to make the Spence fight. I hope he actually follows through with making Jermell his opponent after Spence.

Usyk would still have the best resume, but his inactivity and age probably indicates that he’s on his way out already. So the question comes down which wins are better. Inoue would have a past it Donaire and a prime Fulton vs a past it Porter and inactive, post crash Spence. I’d go with Inoue as the next p4p #1 tbh.

Beating Dubois certainly isn't going to improve Usyk's ratings. I'm going with Bud but I wouldn't argue with anybody picking Inoue.

Crawford would be undisputed and lineal in his 2nd weight class and beating a fellow Top 5 P4P fighter in doing so. Crawford would undoubtedly be #1 PFP with a win over Spence.

Inoue earns 1b with a win over Fulton but he'll still have Akhmadeliov/Tapales winner for the undisputed/lineal title (in what would be Inoue's 2nd such achievement in his 4th weight class - Crawford for contrast has 3 weight class supremacy). Nonetheless shoud Inoue beat Fulton and Akhmadeliov/Tapales winner he'll be a 4 division champ and twice undisputed/lineal - making him 1a.

Sadly, Usyk needs Fury. Dubois is a good win should it happen but the only other monster in HW is Fury. Wilder would be another good win but without Fury Usyk sits comfortably at #3 on P4P lists.

Im going to say Crawford, because as others have stated beating Dubois really does nothing to boost up Usyks ranking. On the other hand beating Spence whos been the best WW for years imo would give Crawford that marquee name and would put him as P4P #1 and deservingly so this time.

LOL!!! How??? Usyk doing what he’s done AND defeating an undefeated HW champ who’s 50lbs bigger than him and 6 inches taller…. If that’s not PFP ATG type of stuff than NOBODY you retort with is!!!

    #1 USYK. Period!
#2 Inoue after he whoops fulton
    #3 spence/crawford

Usyk until proven otherwise. Then Inoue and Crawford/Spence a distant third. Usyk still has the best resume amongst the group.

If Crawford wins, he would be undisputed in two divisions. However, he's going to lose to Spence, so it doesn't matter lol.

Crawford seems impressive on paper until you realize he weight bullied through the lower weight classes and is now in the weight class he belongs in. Let's see him fight him do the same in weight classes where he's outsized

Currently I have it Usyk, Inoue, Crawford.

Usyk beating Dubois does nothing for this standing, in fact it can only hurt his standing if he doesn't dominate like everyone expects.

I don't rate Fulton as highly as most, while it's a far better win than Usyk beating Dubois, it's not enough for me to put Inoue above Usyk and all he's achieved. While winning a title in a 4th weigh class is impressive, with the proliferation of titles and divisions it's not as impressive as it once was like when Duran did it. It simply solidifies Inoue standing as one of the best P4P fighters in the world.

Crawford beating Spence is the best win of the 3 question is does it propel Crawford above Inoue and Usyk? I think it's enough to take him above Inoue but not Usyk. Spence is very good and would easily be the best win on Crawford's record, better than anyone on Inoue's record but what Usyk has done is special. The jump from cruiser to heavyweight is the hardest jump up in weight to achieve as there is no limit to heavyweight.

If Inoue beats Fulton especially in decisive fashion in his first fight at 122 he’s #1 by a clear margin, Debois isn’t really a relevant fight, and bud beating Spence would be impressive. But Fulton and Spence are winning both those fights and I’d have Spence #1 at that point in time

I'd still rank Usyk number 1 due to his achievements at Cruiser, and the fact that he beat one of the top guys in the heavyweight division twice over. Dubois doesn't really do anything to his standing though. Only way I see it improving it is if Usyk is able to score his first knockout at the weight class, and even then the achievement is a bit diminished given Dubois' last performance. Still bummed the Wilder fight couldn't happen, that'd actually make for three super intense fights between top guys over the course of a few weeks.

Then I'd say Inoue, since if he beats Fulton that'll be him beating a top guy in his prime in a new weight class in his first fight. After him I'd rank Bud, cause while beating Spence is impressive, it's come too late and there will always be the question of how much Spence lost in his wreck.

    I REPEAT...

Naoya Inoue sought out the consensus #1 guy who is younger, bigger, undefeated, in his prime, and is supposed to be a stylistic nightmare. Oh, and it's his very first fight in a new weight division.
