Who did Valero beat close to the level of Khan?

Valero will always be ifs and buts, died just when he was looking the goods too.

I know a lot of people say edwin would have been outclassed sooner or later by a lot of technical good boxer, but let me tell you this. edwin wasn't just a great puncher, he also would a technical well rounded boxer himself, who moved well, who had defence and his condition was always superb. valero would have wyped out the division of over rated boxer like devon or khan (who still has a weak chin and can be glad maidana didn't landed more accurat).

Valero's defense was incredibly underrated... DeMarco, a very good lightweight contender with some quality wins, couldn't land anything significant on Valero. Valero totally outboxed him.

I wish mods here delete whoever mention "Valero" name. He's a murderer that killed his wife. Stuff like this is i'm hoping he has gone straight to hell. Valero shouldn't be mention by any one here. Let him rest in hell.

Anyone can look like a non stop punching machine until they run into someone who punches back. Valeros best wins aren't just one level below Khan, they're many levels below Khan.

Let's not forget what a fighter does at 135 is different from what they do at 140.

Amazing how short some peoples memories are, Valero wasn't an unstoppable machine by any stretch of the imagination, for 99% of his career he was a crude workhorse. Only in the DeMarco fight did Valero look anywhere close to hacking it at the top level.
