We got Calzaghe, Hatton and Haye, all exciting fighters who dominate.
British boxing is now the best in the world!:good

Imagine how boring it would be without the fab 3!

I'm English but I do not think it would be boring without those 3 but British boxing would be absolutely shite without them.
Although they are 3 of the biggest names in world boxing, there are plenty more good, exciting fighters out there.

British fighters are deff doing some exciting things atm, but that's not to say we're the only nation who are. You've got the likes of Chad Dawson, Paquiao, and even after his loss to Hopkins there's Pavlik who's going to do some big things still.

The boxers being talked about most right now are those 3, thats a fact. Yeh Pacs mentioned so are the Klits but most boxing discussion on forums is about one of these 3

Maybe because Calzaghe, Hatton and Haye all just fought this month.

Does this make sense to you?

I dont know if I 100% agree with the statement, but I agree with the sentiment. I am not a fan of some of the guys mentioned, but they are doing well thus far. I am in the US and do want my countrymen to do well, but I am a fan of the sport, which is international. I also like the UK a great deal and I always want them to do well also. So, I dont really see such a line between the fighters from our 2 countries. I think that the UK has done a lot to get themselves on the map in the sport and has been doing it well over the past few years.

So I say bravo to the UK fighters, whether I like them or not.

Haye, Calzaghe and Hatton next year are going to have attendances totalling 200,000 for 3 fights.

    They are keeping boxing alive.
