    Well, regardless of who you think is to blame, BOTH mayweather and pac did.

    You can blame Pac for not taking the tests, or mayweather for insisting on something for the first time ever in his career, it's irrelevant.

    Both guys walked away from this fight because of the testing demands of Mayweather.

    Regardless of who was right or wrong, that's just a simple fact.

    I think Floyd truly believes that Pac is on PEDs. He is within his rights to ask for unprecedented OST. It''s the manner he asked for it that was wrong.
