It would still be Pac. As long as Pac is winning, he still has that one win edge over JMM.

You mean, only JMM win vs Pac will earn him a ticket as topdog P4P? so JMM after beating PBF, beating Mosley, Hitman, ODLH, Bhop he still in no. 2 coz he never won vs Pac?

As I said, as long as Pac keeps winning. Who do you think Pac's next opponent be? PBF, Mosley, Cotto... What I mean is Pac will certainly match JMM's level of competion.

    hmm says....
JMM should fight floyd.. should he win he'll be #1 p4p. Then if he beats Pac, that would be mind blowing...JMM beating 2 p4p kings to rightfully own the #1 spot.......unheard of..............

IF Pac beats Hatton in more devastating win as to Floyds win against Hatton, I think he's still #1 p4p no matter what the outcome of JMM-PBF fight....

I admit I don't fully understand The Ring's rankings, but I'd still say Pacquiao since he still owns a win over Marquez, but like john b said it would put pressure on Pacquiao to have a rematch with Marquez.
