As above, if & when JMM beats Mayweather clearly, will you recognise him as your P4P #1.

    I would say 'yes'.

Before Pacquaio smashed Hatton, I thought JMM was the legitimate #1.

The Hatton win sent Pac to the top.

JMM beating FMJ would surpass that achivement.

Yeah for me but than Pac can strike back with Cotto. Anyway I think that maybe both Pac and Marquez have bitten too much this time. I root for Marquez and Cotto in this fights

Of course, and when Pacquiao beats Cotto, we'll see Marquez vs Pacquiao again which I've been waiting for so long. :D:

He's my P4P#1 as he has taken on harder challenges than Pacquiao recently.

Also, again JMM fights the best WW while Pac fights once again the weakest link.

That's biased and unfair. Floyd signed to fight JMM out of the blue while Pacquiao was tied up with Hatton. Cotto is not a 'weak link' considering he beat Shane Mosley, and may outweigh Pac by 10-12lbs on fightnight.

Why do all you guys have to like one and hate the other? Pac and Marquez are both incredible fighters, we should consider ourselves lucky to be around in this era to enjoy both of them.

JMM is not goin 2 convincingly beat Floyd

but if he does, Im rooting for Pac against Cotto

so we get Pac-JMM 3, that wud prove who's the real #1 P4P

Yes indeed, Marquez would, in my view, be the best P4P in the world. However, if Pacquiao beats Cotto then a case could be made for having him at NO.1!

For what its worth, I think Mayweather will beat Marquez comprehensively! People are selling Floyd short!

i like them both but i have jmm as my no.1 just because i think he won both fights.also imo cotto is a more dangerous oponent for the smaler guys.floyd will try to outbox jmm whereas one good shot from cotto could finish pac

pac and marquez raise each other's resume up. both their careers are great because they faced each other.

and yes, beating floyd ("the greatest of not this time but of all time") certainly grants the winner a lifetime supply of praise.

Hell No...he still hasent beat the current number 1 prp fighter in 2 attemps people HELLO...you dont just beat a skilled fighter n jump to number 1 if you havent beat PAC n PAC is still destroying people...thats kind of a no brainer!!! And as for "JMM is taking the harder challenges then Pac recently" lets see JMM fight 5 fights in 5 division n be successfull(JMM,Diaz,DLH,Hatton, and Cotto when it happs)
