Louis is challenged by these men in this order, all fight a are set at 25 round s and Louis of 1938 - 41. Sam Mcvea Joe Jeannette Sam Langford Harry wills Joe Choynski Tom Sharkey ??
Joe Louis is black death. These guys. Tyson era. Hollyfield era. Klitsckgo era. ALL fall short and are blasted out by prime JOE LOUIS
I'm sure he'd go down atleast a couple of times, and maybe Jeannette could spoil for a bit, but I don't give them much of a chance of winning. Wills and Langford would have some chance. Sharkey could maybe cause of a lot of problems late, but I honestly think Louis would be too lethal for him to get that far. Sharkey had inhuman recovery but could be hurt.
Tom Sharkey would have the best chance, I'd say he hurts Louis early and is up on the scorecards before Louis stops him. At least the 3 most similar fighters to him, Godoy, Galento and Marciano, seemed to give Louis fits Wills and Langford could give Louis problems simply on pure ability. Louis recovers too well for McVea to have his usual puncher's chance
Sharkey was very close to knocking out Fitz in their 2nd fight, it just so happens that Sharkey got overcarless and Fitz landed his best shots
Sharkey knocked Fitz down with 2 left swings, the bell interrupted the count.Asked if he was okay in his corner Fitz replied," of course I am I was only kidding Old Tom ,now I am going to sink his ship".
