If Jones were to beat Calzaghe

    He won't, so it isn't worth considering.

    it would be a hell of a career closer for him. not to mention it most likely shoots him up 5+ places in the ATG list.

    Well, he's not yet 40 and only 3 years older than Joe, so it's not the same. But hey, beating Calzaghe at 39 after those 2 KOs losses a few years back would be huge for his career.

    I wouldn't say he's got no chance. Since the awkward style is still the bad style for Joe, Jones can give him problems. I just don't see him doing it the same as Hopkins but you never know. It's Calzaghe on paper, but it was Joe on paper and everone was talking how he's gonna dominate B-Hop.

    i dont think he can. but if he did he would go from top 15 to top 10 in my book

    It would be up there with Foreman and Moorer, but not as big. Doubtful that he will.

    It would be the end of Calzaghe (If RJJ won). He wouldn't be able to retire how he wanted to and would be remembered as the guy who lost once he fought top fighters (not taking anything away from Lacy and Kessler, but they're not RJJ)
