Even that's debatable. I love Usyk and think he would beat Wlad, but in terms of resume, Wlad's is far longer and slightly superior. Still, they're both bonafide all time greats, and belong in any reasonable boxing fan's all time Heavyweight Top 10.

Wlad was so good he didn't let anyone else shine and so the wins look less impressive. Had he not been around, some of those guys would have been champs, just never got let in.

    I have Wlad at 10.

Fury might end up in the lower half of the next ten.

AJ will probably not crack my top twenty.

Usyk is a work in progress and could well surpass Wlad.

If I include wins AND LOSSES, I think Fury edges Joshua.

A win for Joshua OVER Fury might well reverse that order.

I have to admit that this answer surprised me. I think of you as a Usyk fanboy but I mean that in the best sense of the word. You always argue for his greatness and recognized the quality of his professional skills very early on. Also, you will excoriate (or eviscerate, depending on your mood) anyone who says something stupidly incorrect about Usyk. I think you very accurately and succinctly compared the countrymen.

Joshua got TKO'd by a fat SMW who turned out to be a journeyman, so that kind of ruined his legacy for good, especially since he ran in the rematch. If he'd smashed Ruiz in the rematch it would have helped him. He obviously dodged Wilder at least at the end and dodged Fury too.

Fury never had embarrassing losses like Joshua or even Wlad. But he ended up being a bit too inactive and not fighting enough people, even if it's not entirely his fault. Covid and being messed around by Haye took a number of years. The AWOL is on him but it was still 3 years or so.

Wlad had some terrible opponents Fury would get hammered for though, people forget that.

Wladimir Klitschko is 6-10 ATG heavyweight, probably around #8.

Neither Joshua nor Fury are in the top ten, or even the top 20.

Joshua is around 21-25, and Fury is around 25-30.

Had Fury been mentally stronger and remained fit and active, and fought contenders instead of Chisora 3, Schwarz, Ngannou, Hammer, Abell and Seferi, he might have been a top 10 ATG heavyweight. Fury's resume is rather poor, except for an old faded Klitschko, Whyte and flawed Wilder.

Joshua was kind of defensively flawed while still being talented, but he fought and defeated more prime contenders (Whyte, Parker, Ruiz, Povetkin, Pulev) than Fury.

Really, Fury and Joshua should fight - whoever wins might go up to 16-20 on an all-time list.

I have Wlad at maybe #11.

Joshua or Fury would have to work real hard to get that high. If one of them fought and beat the other, he might get in the top 15. TO have a chance of getting in the top ten, the winner would have to pick up a belt and have a few years defending against good comp, and I just don't see it. The next generation is here.

We've had a 143 years of fighting by Queensbury rules, and in that time, there have been a LOT of good champs. It's a tough field.
