    Vlad holds a degree yet was unable to explain why he could not pull the trigger. Maybe the answer is that above averagely big, boxing and mobile Fury made it hard for him to do so. That was a long time ago and meantime Fury has been knocked over then bloodied in a war and now messing about in silly wrestling. The Ring still have him at no.1 but that has to be madness.

    Since Fury beat Wlad we’ve had two US Presidents and three Prime Ministers. When he beat him Leicester hadn’t won the league, Prince and Bowie were still alive, and Brexit wasn’t even a word. In short, it’s getting close to ancient history in a sporting context and since then he’s only beaten nobodies.
