From his fans, his team and his own mouth ? I know most here think that it's a VERY BIG "IF", but assume it happens for argument's sake. There are going to be some epic excuses.
I'd imagine some sort of "poisoning" excuse will be included among the dozens of excuses. Also, Joshua's endorsement commitments will feature. People will say he never got any time to train ! LOL "weight drained" if he comes in anything under 251 pounds ....
Don't you think it matter HOW the loss occurs? Who the heck starts excuse threads anyway....this board sometimes..
If he loses he gets a rematch which he will take If he loses that then the AJ hype gets obliterated AJ will beat Parker The same Parker that almost lost to Ruiz, went 12 hard with Takam
The usual. Had a bad camp, robbery, ref was biased, was winning until he had his face smashed, he easily win a rematch etc etc
Unfortunately excuses are part of boxing culture. To this day, people still make excuses for upsets that happened 30, 40, 80 years ago ! I wish it wasn't so, but it is and always will be. I'd rather have a laugh about the excuse -making than believe we can wish it away. Obviously the manner in which a fighter loses influences the character of the excuses being put forth. The possibilities are endless, yes.
