Will he lose some of his fans? Being "undefeated" is the new trend in current boxing. Would be that tragedy for UK? Would be Eddie Hearn mad? I think that Fury or Wilder do not give a **** about losing. I think even if Wilder beats Joshua - he will retire. And same goes to Fury. Win or Lose- he wants that one big fight. I think he will retire too. But Joshua could have bright future. Losing could damage his legacy
Dude, Hatton didn't announce an opponent and sold out. (This was his last fight, correct me if im wrong) Lewis, Froch, Haye, Khan, Burns ans so forth, they all lost fights and went on to have even bigger fights. Brits dont give a ****, as long as you step up and give it your best. (as should every boxing fan)
This. He only has 20 fights and is still relatively green and young. As long as he doesn't have back to back knockout losses his fans in the U.K. would still support him. Frank Bruno lost 5 times and is still a legend.
Bruno and Copper lost and became the most popular fighters we have ever had ! Nigel Benn was more popular after his losses albeit Eubank p@@@ed everybody off with his antics so it was easy for Benn to be liked more
