If Joshua wasn't world champ would you have a issue with this fight?

A level up from his other fights in my view. Is it because hes a world champ and always on PPV people are negative about it?

Yes. It's the PPV and the fact it's a knockover.
What's he going to learn? Arreola done him in one. ARREOLA

Just want to see him vs a top contender. It really isn't much to ask.

I wouldn't have an issue with this fight as long as It wasn't on PPV.

    /thread.

You're either learning and you don't have a belt, or you have a belt and fight the best.

You CANNOT have a belt and say you're still learning. Sh*t or get off the pot, Matchroom.

Hearn will sell it that he went 9 with Wilder therefore must be decent forgetting to mention he got battered in the process. This guy is durable and that is it no better than Brezeale.

There was a guy on here only yesterday proclaiming Joshua as the 'next superstar of world boxing'. As long as there are a few hundred thousand other mugs who have bought into the hype and willing pay, even AJ v Kelly Maloney would PPV.

It he wasn't PPV or champ I agree with others, it'd be a fine enough fight, although would like a somewhat better opponent given his 100% KO rate...

The only reason I do have an issue with this one is that it's on PPV.
Joshua and Hearn would want this fight because it's easy and a jab towards Wilder by putting Molina away much easier and early too.

Well if he wins then Klit is a done deal in Spring 2017 seeing as the WBA just sanctioned it. I'm in two minds, not long to wait however Klit is well past it IMO.

It's just another fight to showcase Joshua's power against Molina and it's a nice few quid for AJ and Hearn before Xmas.

The whole point of PPV is the headline fight should be that and good undercard fights on a PPV should be a bonus.

No , but he is and I do. Molina gets this chance based on what, beating a 39 years old ex-cruiser in Adamek who had lost 2 of his last 3 fights? An opponent like Kubrat Pulev would have been acceptable, top ten ranked ,but beatable, Molina unranked and with only the ancient Adamek as a notable win on his resume is not. I wont be paying for this farce.

As most are saying, it's the PPV aspect. In all honesty with Wlad being injured the rest of the available IBF options aren't great anyway. If it's your 18th fight and not for a title, then just in that context alone it's absolutely fine.

But if the best thing you can say about a fight is "at least it isn't Price" then...well that's all you need to know. I understand Joshua doesn't control the IBF rankings or Wlad's injury but it's still not great.

When you look at the odds you can't possibly be ok with it. They're very rarely wrong and Joshua is 1/25 on. I wouldn't even think I'd be that much of a favourite against my 9 year old brother. Would anyone want to pay £17 to watch me fight him?
