That's hardly a flush hook. There's no power or energy behind it, plus Khan had his hands up expecting a punch. This is not what I'm talking about.

Khan gets spaghetti legs and another clean one puts him down.

Well you might want to scroll through more of the fight to find a proper flush hook to do that then.

Khan's chin at 135 was hindered by the fact he was big at the weight and so top heavy. The size of his upper body at the weight was ridiculous and his legs were stick thin. Ariza has conditioned to be much more proportionate and his legs look a lot stronger.

Also, his defence at 135 was terrible. It's a lot better at 140, meaning he is unlikely to get caught with the type of flush punches he was against Prescott anytime soon. Who knows if his chin has improved? He's certainly not been in trouble yet at 140, although it's untested.

My mistake. Flush uppercut did the trick.

    Point still stands.

Maidana better tries to work the body. If goes head hunting he will be soundly out boxed probably KOed.

He'd probably floor him but not knock him down.

I don't understand your argument. JuanMa definitely hits harder than Pauli

I'd say it has the potential to. We don't even know how Khan is going to react when he feels a big punch, even if it is by a feather fisted fighter. It might just all come back to him, might start swinging and get planted again. My point is Marquez landing flush is a pointless question because most people would definitely believe it'd finish the fight or at least knock him down, I think there's lesser punches who could do it too.

You just shut your own point down. You just said that Paulie had no power. And, obviously you don't know what a flush hook is, because that was no flush left hook.

Because Khan ran like hell, fought smart and rarely got hit. And Kotelnik has no power. But he DID wobble him in the 12th when he caught up to him. :deal:deal:deal

This guy making out Khan doesn't have a Glass Jaw because he didn't get put on his ass by Kotelnik or Paulie. This guy is thick as ****.

He fights SMARTER now and has a BETTER DEFENCE so he gets caught LESS than he did prior to Prescott. His chin is STILL GLASS, he just defends it better.
