Listen Laz, why do you try and deny Khan has a Glass Jaw. I just don't get it. If I was a fanboy like you I'd say "yeah he has a glass jaw, but that proves how good he is to be a world title holder with a glass jaw."

But in your mind that would be a criticsm of your hero. So you can't do it. So you try and deny blatant facts that are right in front of you. I think your brain might auto block it out without you really knowing. Perhaps it's engraved subconsciously in your mind to block out any negative things on your idol.

 

Look man, your point is that Kotelnik has some power, but where you're falling down is the fact that Khan rarely got hit. He fought a smart fight, had a great defense and only tired in the latter rounds, where he still barely got hit. Kotelnik never hit him flush with anything, nevermind a power shot. Just because he's knocked out opponents with better chins than Khan doesn't take away the fact that he didn't catch him with anything. There's more to the power shot than just the power itself in Khan's case, it's also a mental scar knowing that if he tastes a shot, he might freak the **** out. I don't recall Kotelnik ever landing something to make him think that.

 

Yes you are pretty stupid if you think Khan not getting hurt off Paulie means he doesn't have a Glass Jaw. The triangle theory doesn't work in boxing.

Khan is not becoming iron chinned. But the history remembers a lot of boxers that improved their resistance a bit after moving up.
