    Using the whole a(Crotch) beats b(Dirrel) but c(Kessler) beats a(Crotch), will c beat b?

I feel if Kessler does manage to beat Froch decisively he will become the favorite to win again with the majority.

But me personally if Kessler does decisively beat Crotchola, I'm still positive he will have trouble with Dirrell, at least the version of Dirrell that beat AA asuming he has no Ill effects. I see Dirrell as just a variation of Andre Ward for Kessler.

    Thoughts?

kessler fights green after froch, not dirrell, and he won't be favourite because ward would still be in the competition. he will be favoured ahead of froch though

As you said Kessler was troubled by Ward and would therefore probably have trouble with Dirrel as well. I will not consider him the favorite for this very reason.

No, it looks like the top in the SMW is very close and boxers are vunerable for some styles. I still think Ward and Abraham are the favorites if Kessler wins big.

What if Ward looks bad against Green? (haha wont happen, I think alot of people forgot Green was decisively beaten by Miranda)

But didn't he undergo extensive surgery just after that fight?

Before - he had a massive pice of his colon removed. Which is involved in the reabsorbtion of water, so obviously notable for a boxer.

He was sick just before/during the fight, flu, i think.

I haven't seen too much of Green, but from the bits I saw he looked quite competent.

Yeah he's decent, well very good, in fact!

He has an excellent counter left-hook, and good power overall in fact.

Indeed, I think he'll do a lot better against Ward than many think.

Green is no pushover, but I just dont like his chances considering the best opponent he's faced in Miranda he lost to decisively, and we all know what happened when Miranda stepped up every time. So I wonder if the same thing will happen to Green.
