You do when people are predicting that your suddenly going to start pulling stoppages out of your arse. I can understand BurnsUD infact its what i would go for, but i dont see Burns stopping anyone anytime soon.

I predict Burns stops Mitchell rounds 10-12 in 2012 if it goes ahead.

Burns wasn't a puncher at super featherweight and he isn't puncher at lightweight, he wouldn't KO Mitchell.

not that I'd like to test that claim with my own face.

Burns will stop Kevin Mitchell if and when they meet trust me!

  10. I don't think Ricky would stop Mitchell myself.

But I would make him a pretty heavy favourite to win, he's the bigger, stronger man and would catch Mitchell repeatedly coming in. He's got quicker hands and is probably more accurate than Murray too.

Ricky's short punching was really impressive against Katsidis, even though he couldn't exactly keep him off for long periods he forced Mick to reset a lot, and use both hands.

Mitchell made it too easy for Kats to fire in hooks with both hands, whereas against Ricky he was forced into a battle of jabs and to use his straight right, which is probably his weakest punch.

Why is he going to slip a disc like Nicky Cook?

Like I've said before I'd hope and expect Burns to beat Mitchell, but I just don't see how he stops him.

Well it's an easy nights work then for what I would assume would be decent money for a big domestic clash. Mitchell has asked for it, it should be easy to make so why not take the fight?
