a win against pac at this point will still place anyone at the p4p list as long as it is taken not just by out pointing ala amateur style. pac still is a threat at 147. it took floyd a lot of IV to fight him and still did not hurt him (besides pulling his injured arm) but just used amateur judging and influence to get his win.
