khan has excellent boxing ability its just his chin lets him down..........can you imagine him fighting the likes of provodnikov.thurman,porter...

khan't has NO CHIN. His chin is made of spinach. If he intends to bix in the professional ranks he needs to have a chin implant.

 

If he had a chin he'd be top 5 p4p in the world, he has all the skills and talent, his defense isn't great but if he had a Froch chin that wouldn't matter.

Watch Maidana/Khan. Khan's chin isn't a wet paper towel. It's not Chavez Jr. level, but his chin is fine.

Maidana was unloading some vicious shots and Khan stood and took them.

 

Khans legs betray him nearly every time he's tagged clean.

Plus his boxing skill isn't great, infact if you look at his most recent fight and his first few pro fights he's changed very little. Blurring hand speed but he still has no inside game, still moves in straight lines, no upper body movement. To be fair if he didn't have the speed of hand and foot that he has he wouldn't of made it past British level.

Regarding Maidana, the Maidana that Khan fought isn't the fighter of now. Back then he wasn't sitting down on his punches and whilst he stil doesn't throw with correct form all the time Garcia has smoothed him out somewhat.

Also Maidanas power is overated yes he hits hard but he isn't explosive and his power is more of the clubbing type.

In the beginning Khan never reacted at all well when caught. IMO it was as though he thought he was the star of the show and these boxers went meant to hitting him back.

I think Khan has already peaked, I didn't see much improvement in the Collazo fight technique wise, but win or lose he will be in some cracking fights at 147.

 

If Khan chin is terrible ?

Then what does that say about Broner was put on his ass not once but TWICE ?

Khan was staggered , yet never came close to touching the canvas .
