Kahn needs to retire because everyone he fights from here on out that ranks 15 or above will train only for a KO and will get it. The guy has no chin and as age creeps up his chin wont get any better.

Mark this down again for when he loses to an underdog, again.

Fighting on the inside with Khan's chin is not a good idea in my opinion..

He doesn't need an inside game, he's a range fighter so he should fight to his strengths. What he needs is a defense, some head movement, better foot work and some ring IQ

Khan just to go back to boxing, Roach trying to turn him into Manny mk2 don't work for him, Khan needs a new trainer who can improve his defence and focus on Khan strengths which is his boxing and fighting from range.

Khan needs to go back to boxing and forget about pleasing the crowds.

But what you say, he doesn't have the mindset to do. He doesn't have the discipline to box and move. If he did that against Garcia, he wins easy! He could dominate so many guys with just his jab, they would get so demoralized he could later up it and stop guys late on. But he gets ragged, goes looking for the KO and that is a big mistake against guys who can punch, cos he leaves himself so open you could get a ****ing 747 through his guard.

It's going to be VERY hard for him to turn it around. He can improve, of course he can, but his instincts to fight and brawl will always surface when he gets drawn in and then he just makes life difficult for himself.

I hope he can turn it around and prove the critics wrong, I've always felt he's got the potential, the tools to become a great fighter, but just doesn't have the mentality and ring smarts to make it. We shall see.

if they could ever get him to stop ballin up whenever someone lands on him he may have a shot at beginning to learn how to fight on the inside. u cannot take ur eyes off ur opponent. when he balls up he essentially blinds himself and doesn't see what's coming next. it's a mistake that novice boxers make. u don't see it too much on the upper levels of boxing.

Khan did box to a plan vs Kotelnik, Paulie, Zab , he has that in his locker but for some reason lately don't like to use it and does his own thing in the ring.

I think Roach is either teaching him the wrong things, or has lost control of Khan it can only be those two things, either way Khan has to leave Roach and find a live tough black American trainer who won't take no **** from Khan and drill the fundamentals back into Khan's game and improve on his defence and ring awareness, positioning key factors here.

If Khan don't wise up after this loss then he is doomed, the only way Khan can still do good things in boxing is to go back to his boxing, Khan in that mode is hard to beat for any fighter.

Speed Kills.. Use it wisely ..

I'll give Khan one thing, dude has the heart of a warrior, just not the requisite armor (re chin). Guy can box from the outside very well at times and next thing you know he thinks he's a ****ing B-52 pilot and wants to go start dropping bombs and gets himself bombed the **** out.
