    No.

He just keeps making mistakes, throws an uppercuts from way out, but this time Garcia was good enough to take advantage of it.Khan makes the same mistakes over and over again. It's not his chin that's the problem. It's the lack of fire power. If he tries KO a dude with those flurries. He will find himself on the canvass again.Because he leaves a window ( split second) there to pop him between the ear with a HOOK or straight on the chin.

part of having a great chin is seeing the shots coming. if u take ur eyes off ur opponent...chances are ur going to get rocked.

    and that's the other part...

poor fundamentals. his chin was way up in the air and that uppercut was delivered all wrong.

that's why i laughed hysterically when manny steward said...'amir really didn't do anything wrong...'

let it go bruh, Khan's done, the whole world knows he's chinny as **** and from here on unless he's carefully matched fighting featherfisted dudes like Paulie/Kotelnik (the reason he was able to beat them) then he's toast cause whoever he fights with decent pop is gonna do nothing but train for the KO and throw balls to wall to get it. they'll be willing to walk through his shoeshinning from the get go and eat whatever Khan throws in order to get to that glass. Any decent fighter with pop/chin and toughness will own Khan from here on so there's no way he acheives what a lot of yall were hoping for. That said though for someone with his glaring flaws he's had an amazing career and if he's very carefully matched against people that cannot punch he has a slight chance of picking up a vacant belt before he retires.

**** an inside game Khan needs defense. He does need an inside game though. That pushing is just cringeworthy and ameteurish.

I don't give up on a guy who is still only 25yrs old, and it's not his chin what's the problem otherwise he would never made it out the Maidana fight. It's his mindset and defence which is the problem.

We will see, time will tell.

drop the he would of not of won the maidana fight(to make it look like he as a chin he aint none) he is lucky cortez was in there that night, and as for leaving coaches i said strieght after the garcia fight drop roach and go with nazim.
look at it from here he finds a new coach gets settled in camp learning a bit of ring iq which he should have a bit by now , footwork needs lots of work along with defence then you have the inside fighting all this in just 28 months get ****in real.
he is always going to be fragile against pucnhers with similar reach and height, now think how much time it will take him to learn all of this and get one or two confidance buildingfights as well as two more ramadams there just aint enough time :bart.
this is the reality of it unless he changes his mind set of he will have accomplished all he wanted and be reitred by 28 that in its self screams delusion i am afraid

If you're being sincere and not just trolling, I admire the fact that you're sticking by your man.
However delusional you might be it's still admirable.

    Kudos:good

I make no secret of the fact that I enjoy watching Amir fighting.
But I had to laugh at a letter in Boxing News yesterday that claimed Khan was "sucker punched":huh and there were extenuating circumstances(something to do with the Peterson fight:rofl) and when he moves up to welter he will become a champion in that division.I suppose hje could beat Malignaggi but the other points were laughable.

Its one thing to support your fave boxer, but its bordering on delusional when you actually think Khan can beat Floyd.

That will NEVER happen unless he fights Floyd in 3yrs time

Khan cant improve his inside game because his footwork is rubbish. He chin would just be wide open all the time and he isnt savvy enough defensively to avoid getting hit.

He needs to work on controlling fighters at a distance with his jab, hes got decent reach and speed, so he shouldnt have much trouble doing this. One two combinations while keeping himself out of danger.

The only thing is he isnt patient enough to keep timing his opponent with his jab and wants to brawl all the time thinking he can be a big KO puncher. He obviously cant stand and trade because of the amount of times hes been out on his feet during his career.

Someone a while back suggested he should team up with Nazim Richardson which I think would be a great idea. I reckon he would be able to get Amir fighting in a way that will get the most out of his abilities, keeping a distance and not leaving himself exposed by throwing silly punches.
