Roach says he doesn't put his fighters in fights he thinks they can lose, so by default I guess it couldn't happen as one of them would lose.
However none of this will matter when Maidana has sparked Khan out on Dec 11th.You will be discussing how he will go on against Mitchell and Murray!
Darni seems to be the ultimate optimist who manages to somehow put his point across in a rational manner. Darni = Khan Brigades' voice of reason. It's hard not to agree with what he's written above. I personally think that all those speculating on the outcome of Khan versus Bradley based on Khan's current weaknesses are premature. Realistically, Khan is 6 months away from such a fight (2 months to Maidana, a further 4 months to winner of Bradley/Alexander). 6 months is a long time in boxing, and under Roach Khan will have hopefully have added the needed tools to his toolbox for unification at 140. Time will tell. In the meantime, he should focus on Maidana who I believe has a VERY GOOD chance of catching him with a right and KO'ing him with an uppercut. Maidana is relentless and will force Amir to box on the backfoot. I'm excited (and worried) to see how he copes with this.
Khan arrived at Team Pac. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/inthering/view/157646/Manny-Pacquiao-punch-up-suits-Amir-Khan/ A point of note: Many casual fans think for the last 2 years he's been at the wildcard training and sparring with Pac, and base their opinion he's going to be the future Manny on this... As I've previously explained Khan has only ever sparred with Pac on 2 occasions when they've both been present, as he finally admits in this article, explaining he hasn't sparred with him for a long time since when he first went to the wildcard and into training camp. Khan needs to sort himself out, he trains with Freddie for 8 weeks at a time, 2-3 times year, the rest of the time he's in Bolton. This just isn't enough, he needs to move over there permanently and train properly. He trains as if he's coming to the end of his career, fight to fight who's already developed and just needs the occaisional camp to get back to peak. Unless he does something about this, he can forget facing the Mayweathers and Pac's of this world as he'll be having enough trouble with the Maidana's and Bradleys
