If Lara beats Canelo, do we get Floyd vs Lara?

    This would be an interesting fight if Lara wins against Canelo. I think it would be made.

    Not until next year at the earliest. Floyd is going to fight again in September. The Lara/Alvarez fight is in July. Two months is too short of turn around for a PPV fight of that magnitude. Alvarez probably also has a rematch clause. So Lara would have to beat him twice.

    Floyd will never fight Lara. In risk/reward ratio, Lara is at the dead bottom of the list.

    i think floyd should fight him if he beats canelo.. unless pacquiao fight gets made.

    but lara aient fighting till july which means it wont be floyds next fight most likely.. maybe his first 2015 fight ?

    Floyd's not going to fight Lara. It's a bad style matchup and even if Lara gets a dominant win against Canelo, Lara's not the type of fighter that is a "money" draw. Floyd will likely fight Khan if Khan can get by Collazo(which is not a given by any stretch). If he can't fight Khan, he'll probably go for Garcia or somebody like the Porter/Malignaggi winner.

    Floyd will fight whoever can get him the most money for the least risk. He'll probably pick another Showtime fighter who comes up from lightweight or light welterweight and is coming off a big exciting win. It will help if the fighter is Mexican.

    i doubt it. he would fight thurman before canelo. the fans dont want to see floyd in there with a boxer they want his head on a platter. they want to see him in there with ko artist and destroyers.

    No.. Why would he fight Lara when you can fight Khan and other easy win guys.
