No, not today. He would have obviously gone on for more fights though. He was already planning on at least 4 more fights before he fought Vitali.
NO ! He truly wanted to retire on top and he would have come back if it wasn't the case... Anyways he was like 38 at the time...
he was gonna fight until he looked like ****...well he looked like **** and still beat up vitali..... so he left a little early, but had a pretty good resume and made a ton of money
The real question who was left? Wlad? Danny Williams?, Byrd?, the pool had dried up and even if the fight was allowed to go on Vitali would only have lasted 2 rounds more maximum
no way he would've still fight today. Lennox was to smart to go out like Tyson or Holyfield, he wanted to go out on top and he did!
no chance he completed the only real thing the fight before vitali, he only needed to beat tyson just to say he did, he could have finished there, and when you say convincingly i guesse we'll never know what would have happened if the fight had of carried on, but, looking at the fight again and again, a fight which i love watching unusually because its pretty scrappy, no chance vitali would have made the final bell imo, he was slowing, i genuinly think lennox was ahead of him strategically and would have taken control the last half of the fight. i guesse we will never know though,
