Well I can only speak for myself here. I don't see colour in a fighter. I couldn't give a toss where they are from or what they look like, never mind the colour of their skin. I rate Ward as the current P4P no1 for example, I find GGG entertaining and, therefore, like him. I watch Josuha but think a fit Fury would beat him at the moment. I was a huge Lennox Lewis fan but can see the talents of Wlad and Vatali too. And I could watch Loma's performance from last night a dozen times and not get bored. All I'm bothered with is boxing prowess. The rest of the chatter on here is BS. But I take you on face value, if your preferences are judged similarly, fair enough.

And I'm a huge Loma fan, picked him to win argued his case against Salido to different posters, but because I won't jump on board and say he's better than Floyd at 130 I only support black American fighters... what a douche.

Floyd would wipe the floor with Walters, Martinez and GRJ.. There's Levels and Floyd is a 5 division world champion where Loma would have to move up to 147 just to match Floyd In Divisional Titles won, and move upto 154 to surpass him which I highly, highly doubt would ever happen..PERIOD.

He has awhile to go before he passes Mayweather. However he does pass the eye test and the start of his pro career is nothing like anything we've seen.
He has dismantled 3 very good fighters in under 10 pro bouts. Every fighters career has a unique story arc and so far V-Lom is putting together an exceptional one.

No Lomo despite it only being his second fight was already in his mid 20s when he turned professional whereas Mayweather was still a teenager. Lomo chose to stay in the olympics longer

Lomo lost to Salido (Yes I know he came in heavier) but for someone with all this "Mayweather/SRL" type skill people are saying he should have been able to beat him quite easily Salido is not Rigodeaux or anything

People are starting to get carried away yes Lomo is very skilled and the Walters win was very impressive but we are YEARS away to comparing him to Mayweather

This is the problem. Floyd's 130 resume where we say he's 'the best ever' arguably, is still underwhelming because it doesn't have any guarenteed HOF's. Genaro and Corrales are the names you are shouting about but they're no HOFers and most importantly, the Corrales that Floyd fought was NOT elite that night, regardless. GRJ is considered an elite talent, and Walters established himself as an elite fighter - that's the level of competition. If you're willing to turn to guys who aren't HOF's to say Floyd was x, y, z, then I can say the same thing for Loma. You CANNOT talk to me having past prime Genaro and VERY DRAINED pointless ghost Corrales as a golden standard for measurement, not accepting that failed premise. It's basic logic, man.
