    Look at the accomplishments at the age of 29! Who has done more in the pro ranks? There are several ways to look at it. Loma is a rare breed. I don't think I've seen a fighter get the big fights in such short order as Loma. By the time he got into the pros he had been fighting 16 years and had nearly 400 fights in the ams. You honestly think that if FM had taken the same route he wouldn't have hit the ground running when he went pro? Loma is highly skilled and I don't see any 130 fighter really test him. He's going to get tested in the higher ranks I believe. If he beats Mikey Garcia and Crawford then he is on his way to immortal greatness. At this stage, comparing him to Mayweather or asking if he's surpassed FM in ATG rankings is way, way premature. Give the man some time. At first glace I would say he's exceptional, but greatness is routed out over time.

    People say Mayweather looked best against Corrales and Gatti.
    What I saw a couple of hours ago against Sosa is genuinely better than Mayweather's finest performances.

    Floyd would also have knocked him out at 130, in 8 or 9 rounds.

    No performance is better than no Corrales.

    Well so far Lomachenko doesn't have a win as good as Mayweathers' first ever title fight... so. Um. Uhhhh.

    The first comment is far fetched but not out of the realm of possibility. Floyd was great at thst weight and maybe a decision....maybe. A KO? Nah. Anything is possible of course but thst is highly unlikely.

    The Corrales win was good but you really think no other performance has eclipsed it?

    I've seen you troll like a mother****er but also make some intelligent and interesting posts. Not sure what I'm seeing here. I'm thinking you're backing your favorite ( at least I'm pretty sure he is) fighter and letting a little emotion creep in. Understandable we all do it.

    OK let's go about this a different way. Alot of people had Floyd losing the Castillo fight. Just like alot had Loma winning his fight with Salido. What if Floyd had lost narrowly on the cards and the second fight went just as it did. Avenged.
    Now Loma like I said alot had him winning. So let's say he beats Salido in a rematch? How far into his career was the Salido fight. His second? How far into Floyds career was the Castillo fight?

    Who was Floyd fighting in his second pro fight?

    We need to slow down with the Lomo is TBE talk but **** he's off to a great ****ing start though huh. Do I think he can in time be better than Floyd and have just as good of a career...absolutely.

    But slow your roll a bit people. Just enjoy the ride. I have a feeling were gone be in for a big treat.

    This is not the first time you joke about the Salido fight , and i hope its just a joke i can give you several examples of ATG fighters that lost early in their careers , i would say that Floyd currently is higher then Loma and whoever says otherwise is CRAZY but that Salido BS needs to stop its not relevant , here is a short list :
    * Henry Armstrong.
    * Jack Dempsey.
    * Sonny Liston.
    * Bernard Hopkins.
    * Monzon.
    * Manny Pac.

    WOW! This Mayweather personality cult consists of some real sycophants. Perhaps a mass suicide is in order as a show of loyalty to your idol.

    If this forum can make you hate Loma then you aren't a boxing fan.
