Yeah i just stopped watching them & alike altogether more than a few years ago man, there is the occasional fox sports sport segments that you can find at times watchable, The Media/net has just become boring in general over.
LOL!!! Haney doesn’t have close to the achievements as Joshua. And Anthony is way more dangerous than Haney. Lol And I don’t like Joshua AT ALL.
Skill wise one could make an argument for Loma. Hell I even think Usyk himself would! But resume wise at pro, Usyk has achieved the more impressive feats. And Usyk has already defeated Fury by CSF. Chicken **** Forfeit. So chalk that one up for The Road Warrior But IF Usyk retires after a couple more defenses and Loma stays fighting and goes on maybe a 6-7 fight winning streak and beats some big names, he’ll be close to his buddy. Especially when you add in all Loma’s amateur achievements. And yes Amateurs count. much of it is on a world stage against great talent just different amount of rounds and in some cases headgear. But it’s boxing!
I think he is full aware that Loma does great work in the clinch & fights out unlike Haney's previous opponents & perhaps this way he wants to foresee a way for the refs into not letting him do just that by allowing Loma to work out of it like he usually does when the push back comes, Haney's jab & clinch strategy would then need some re tuning as well.
Loma has a much better chance of beating Haney than he does Shakur who will dominate him.. to be honest lid like to see loma retire Iif he beats Haney.
Haney was ranked 3rd or 4th from the top 4 talent around the division on a lot of lists here before beating Cam, but now all of a sudden you beat him and become greater that Usyk. I'm not sure he beats any of the following - Tank, Garcia, Shakur. We shall see how he looks in May. I'll give him credit for wanting to step with the best though. That's a winnable fight for Loma. If Usyk can take away AJ's jab with head movement & lefty craftiness, so can Loma with Haney.
I'd have to disagree that Haney is a better win than AJ at this moment. AJ's body of work is above what Haney's done so far. Wlad, Whyte, Takam, Parker, Ruiz, Povetkin and Pulev > Gamboa, Linares, Diaz, Kambosos
I cant see anything Loma does that would make him better than Usyk. His run through the CW division was and is a big deal. Add his step up to HW and that's a tough resume to beat out. He goes on to be undisputed at HW also then there is nothing realistically that Loma can do to equal or surpass him in my eye. He has reached the highest pinnacle of the sport and has nowhere else to go. Even if you include amature accomplishments its not enough IMO
