Though it is good to hear that he's shopping around for a new promoter. The one bum fight a year with Haymon isn't cutting it anymore. At least there's a chance Arum could feasibly work with the next promoter (Hearn?) if Mikey can still get down to 135.

Loma taking the scalps of Linares and Pacquiao in 2018 would sure give mikey an in$$$centive to make the lightweight limit again.

 

He definitely should be able to make 135. He wasn't at all ripped at 140.

Ah ****, I thought the question was "If Linares beats Lomachenko..." and voted "No". Personally think Loma is already #1, but this would be a nice win to add to his achievements.

 

He would have to be, he is fighting consistenly against good names and for once in a long time he is fighting a guy who hasnt got a disadvantage coming in to the fight. If he beats Linares like i expect I will definitely put him no.1
