Nothing. It will just confirm everything we already know, Maidana can punch!

Not much. Since Maidana was voted P4P hardest puncher on a poll on ESB not so long ago.

When Prescott did Khan in a round the shocking thing for me was what wobbled Khan, a jab, A good strong jab but still a jab, in the 1st round.

It wasnt the shock of being stopped by Prescott it was what started the downfall. If Maidana stops Khan i will be looking at how big the shots that starts his downfall again, if he lands a bomb then it proves nothing, if a half punch wobbles Khan then the alarm bells are once again ringing.

Im convinced Khans resistance will be improved at this bigger weight limit, he wasnt comftable at 135. But theres no doubt that if he was so chinny at Lightweight hes still guna be chinny at 140, just not as chinny.

I do like Khan, i do want him to beat Maidana but even still i want to see him take a substantial shot or 2. Just to know what the script is with the chin.

His best 3 opponents all finished the fight on their feet.

he couldnt put corley away. im not convinced his power is what it is made out to be.

Best 3 opponents finishing on feet is arguable. Ortiz may have finished the fight standing but he was also laid out and lucky to get out of the first round. It was a major league beatdown. I assume you are referring to Kotelnik and Chop Chop as the other two?

I'm willing to give Maidana a pass for the Corley fight as he has performed well in every other fight that I have watched him in. I expect him to come prepared for Khan as he did for the Ortiz fight.

That's true, I'd love to see how Khan handles a shot but at the same time I hope he doesn't get hit.

Maidana's power is enough that'll hurt any fighter, regardless of their chin. I see Khan counter punching the f*** out of Maidana when he comes out. I just have a feeling he'll come out and try to fire away with Khan. I just hope Khan is switched onto that.

Maidana was saying that he was exausted because he went for the KO early, but I think that just might be the right way to beat Khan and I think he'll come out doing just that.

I think Khan is going to win a wide UD, but like you said...I think Maidana will catch him with a half decent punch at some point. Whether he takes it or not is the big question.

I am sick of the way wlad is given a pass.

Who the **** has wlad fought that could be considered a big puncher in the last 5 years then ? in fact who has he fought that can even box and is in shape in the last 5 years ? his most dangerous opponent was a body builder ffs

This is so true, when has a Klit faced an opponent who hasn't climbed in to the ring with the physique of the Michelin man?

I agree with you. I think Maidana is overrated overall. He showed very little skills vs Corley and I'm not convinced he's a monster puncher.

The same thing that it did a 135, Maidana like Prescott is a big puncher, I don't think to many fighters would take a flush punch from the Argentinean.
