Many people don't understand simple question. If both Pac and Floyd retire tomorrow then you can't pick them.

My answer is between Marquez and Donaire.

Right now I think Paul Williams but if Rafa beats Lopez I think he really deserves top spot and also he generally deserves so much more recognition than he currently gets this guy is a legend and is a very exciting fighter. In the future though I see Gamboa, Ward & Dawson being mainstays in the top 3 with maybe Donaire. I think Dirrel has some fantastic skills too but have to see how he does against Ward.

    My List would read:

    1 Dawson
    2 Williams
    3 Bradley
    4 John
    5 Marquez
    6 Ward
    7 Donaire
    8 Lopez
    9 Martinez
    10 Montiel

Honestly, the order after 1-3 isnt something im stuck on. Just a quick list. Sure im forgetting someone...

  10. Lopez doesnt belong in the top ten. He needs to show more boxing skills.

Dawson CAN be #1 P4P, but his record isn't there yet.

I got JMM as a for sure 3rd.

Overall the list is slacking no matter how you look at it.
Paul hasn't dominated any elite guy, Dawson doesn't with the record, Martinez hasn't got the record YET, Lopez hasn't fought a elite yet, everyone at 140 hasn't fougth elite yet netiher. Ward is coming up strong, but still isn't there yet.

Maybe I just have a high requirement for p4p.
