Beating the reigning Middleweight Champ is a big accomplishment for Martinez but it only bolsters Williams victory over Martinez. Also, Williams beat Cintron. Your opinion on how the fight was going DOES NOT CHANGE the fact hat Williams was awarded the victory. Your ******ed response has actually made me feel more secure in my reasoning. Ultimately, they need to fight to decide who the best is, but I believe Floyd gets the nod at this point because he has been dominant since turning pro in 1996. He was a top 3 p4per from 2000-2005 when he took over the top spot until his retirement in 2008. Pacquaio held the #1 spot in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, the #1 spot is jointly shared by both.

 

Mayweather.

He is the only boxer active that every would like to see challenged, but nobody expects to actually lose. Pac would be a close second and "The People's Champ". However even if you stack them up head to head on hear or anywhere else, people's reason kicks in and the poles pick Mayweather to win. Always.

IMHO, it would have to be Chad, Marquez, Caballero. There is really too much going on right now that will settle this to mess with many of the other weight classes. Super 6 and Bute, establishing 140 dominance, Williams/Martinez II?, Hopkins/Dawson?, etc...

Somebody seems to feel that the world conspires against him. Its not as if I am the only person on planet earth that thinks Williams beat Martinez. There are MANY and Martinez himself said he was okay with the decision and that he could have done more. So please suck that. Since the Cintron fight was never really finished, we can just chalk that one up to a no decision if it suits you, which doesn't change the fact that Williams has one avenged loss and has fought from Welterweight to Middleweight. Cintron did not beat Williams by any stretch of the imagination, even if you think he was winning at the time of the stoppage. There is a reason the fights go 12 rounds and the unfortunate outcome cannot be held against Williams in any way.

So lets see, the fighter you are defending admits that he could have done more to win the Williams fight, and the Cintron fight was never really completed and certainly cannot be held against Williams since he didn't fly out of the ring and not get back in to finish the fight. How bout you put yourself in the chicken suit in your avatar. Actually...you may need a suit made of chicken ****, you ****in chicken****.

 

I would say that P4P title will have to be sorted out. If a champ retire you don't anoint it to the next best guy. He has to earn it.It may take 6 months or a year but the P4P crown just can't be given away.

 

As boring as his fights are, Wlad would be numero uno.
