does he have a right to be called the best ever boxer based on achievement. whatever happens, i think sugar ray robinson and a few others like duran were better fighters but based on ACHIEVEMENT, pac credentials would really take some beating most people rate tyson as one of the best HW's ever in terms of ability but he is in the botton half of most people athws list
pbf is no where near an ATG. He is an excellent fighter who has always avoided the toughest fights. a no-risk fighter.
