No it isn't a duck. Pac is simply taking on the man that Mayweather refused to fight for whatever reason. Mayweather isn't THE MAN in the division anymore so he has to wait his turn and go with what Pac says. He shouldn't have quit.

 

hmm says... hell no not a duck, just an issue with numbers. You remember Pac-Hatton and the issue with numbers and how SO MANY PEOPLE WERE CALLING IT A DAMN DUCK. How is this any different? This has already been reported by word of mouth from Roach and Arum. No way is someone (PBF) gonna easily get close to 60% after a long inactivity... I wouldn't mind seeing a Pac-Cotto fight, the boxer PBF has yet to face.
