If Manny fight Cotto over Mayweather, it it a duck?

How can you make any conclussion at this point ????

If the Pac/PBF fight doesn't happen . . . it is more likely because of money matters . . . so if it doesn't happen and Pacquiao fights another opponent it's should not be considered ducking on part of Pacquiao after all, PBF is the one challenging him for the P4P #1 rating.

Take nore PBF is the ex #1 rated . . . but rightnow he has nothing and the best he could get is #2 rating if he beats JMM. :deal

if floyd agrees to fight at 140 and agrees to less than 50% of the purse and manny doesnt fight him then yes he is ducking floyd.
