his ppv numbers would be out of this world. Easily 3-4 million per fight. Would do you think?

I think there's no way that most of the country could afford the North America PPV rates.

So what you would end up with is probably 400 ppv buys with thousands watching it on 1 TV, all for the price of 10 grains of rice each....

  8. Cos they would not be at the US price, In the UK I pay £10 a month for Boxnation. I hear that Pac vs Rios maybe $5 to the chinese audience.
So if only HALF a % of the Population of China paid that would bee $33 mil add to that the US PPV etc Not a bad deal LOL

he lost to marquez? i dont think that even matters. he s still a star over there. if they charged 10 dollars for the fight, i'm pretty sure that at least 10 million homes would buy it. that's 100 million dollars.

dude, the average monthly income is 220 dollars a month. millions of folks would definitely fork over 10 bucks to watch him fight, especially against marquez.

"Wondering how popular Manny Pacquiao is? When he fights, the entire country watches -- literally.

The police in Manila say that crimes drop drastically during Manny Pacquiao’s fights, which means that even criminals stop their dirty work to watch.

There are also regular squabbles between communist insurgents and Muslim secessionists, but even they put their battles on ice to watch Pacquiao fight.

In simpler terms, nearly the entire country of roughly 90.5 million stops to watch the Pac-Man fight, which is simply astounding."
