This is a fight either guy could win.
However, based on the history of the 2, I feel like Pac is going to keep throwing, and Broner is going to clam up like he does in those situations. He hasn't been a threat at all at Welter and even when he dropped Porter, he had to throw the kitchen sink at a guy who just stands in front of you.

My guess would be a Pac UD. Broner has a great chin. After a Pac win, I believe the Mayweather fight happens and Pac retires.
