If Margarito beats Mosley, does he take over the vacancy as "THE" welterweight champ?

I know very well? I have not seen one person claim Margo was ducking Mosley. Not one. So you show me where you saw it or dont use it an excuse.

All things would be settled if Margo just took the rematch and this wouldn't be up for debate. Instead Margo wants to rematch a smaller man who he made quit and his fans want to claim he's the man at WW.:-(

Why I do have to disprove your BS.

    You should prove it.

Think that Judah and spinks had all the belts and judah became undisputed champ. Judah dropped the decision to Baldo and PBF fought judah (which was already scheduled and lined up and then went back and fought baldo) So PBF was the last undisputed champ. (dont know about linear technically) he retired so really there needs to be some type of unofficial tournament to crown the champ. With Margo's loss to paul williams still there, its pretty unclear, as margo has the better wins at 147 now but still has that recent williams loss.

It's got to happen, what do you think the chances are of it happenening though ?
I read Shane Mosley first, most probaby Cotto second, could Williams follow after this, Pimp C ?
If it was me, i'd want to get right to the rematch, and sort this out, it would play on my mind...

I would love to see a rematch but it looks like Arum is freezing Williams out at 147. He controls that divison now and I don't think he'll let any of his fighters face Williams.

Lets hope this isn't the case because that would be a real injustice

Not at all. Margo will be the champ when he wins all the belts, namely WBC and WBA. He is IBF and WBA champ. Winning WBC makes him champ only if Paulie vacates and moves up. There is some unfinished business with Clottey though.
