no because he cheated. This is good for antonio m. for saying that mosely was afraid to fight him, well he was, not of him but his plaster.
The answer is he is guilty, just just like my countryman Tito when they found his wraps being to tight. I know it is hard to take when it comes to your own but you just got to face it. Just know that you wouldn't do it.
Then its the commissions fault for keeping it so secretive and letting speculation tarnish his name whilst they obviously had something in their posession and had a perfectly good idea of the situation.
Al Capone was convicted for tax evasion - not for racketeering. Yet I'd still say he was guilty of racketeering. If there's any evidence or doubt about Margarito cheating, yet he's found not guilty, I'll probably still harbour a belief that he cheated. Maybe not the correct thing to believe, but I probably will. O.J. Simpson was found not guilty, but deep down I still think he did it.
Dumbass I read the question, but what's the point of saying if? Every one knows he is, stop being bias.
That's exactly what I think, also HBO announced it before the fight, there were witnesses, Mosley's trainer, etc.
That trainer is the cheater ... all Margarito did was go along with the flow ... its not like fighters have a tutorial on whats legal and whats not. He's a fighter -- From what he said is that there was tape on his skin and tape isn't supposed to touched the skin while wrapping hands ... You have to give this man the benefit of the doubt ... boxers aren't as aquainted with the rules as people think. Shane Mosley even said it in that mans defense ... he's just a fighter ... his mind is on the fight, not on how his hands is wrapped.
