I would be very impressed. I fell that if either Cotto or Margrito wins in an impersive fashion than they should leep-frog Pacquiao for P4P #1 and a ko within five rounds would count. Margrito would very likely become my #1 P4P if he stops Cotto within five rounds.

Now, what would happen if Cotto knocks Margarito out within 5 rounds, what will you think of him then?

if he were to beat Cotto after beating Cintron, then i'd like him to KO Quintana and Collazo and crown himself the king of puerto rico.

i would think that he is one bad mamajamma if hr does indeed beat Cotto within 5.

Now that you said that if either Cotto or Margarito would be #1 P4P if he knocked out the other within 5, who do you favor or see winning and why? What happens on July 26th?

Margrito has some advantages he is taller and has a 6 inch reach advantage over Cotto. If he can make it a boxing match and not a fight he will win on points or by late round knockout. Cotto on the other hand has had more big fight experance(I'm not sure how much experance matters I am beginging to think that in boxing it comes down to who is better.) and has faced boxers with reaches that are close to that of Margrito's, so we know that Cotto has the ability to get in close enough to take away Margarito's reach advantage. I expect Cotto to control the pace of the fight with Margrito scoring enough to keep things close. I think this one is going to the score cards Margrito has not been stoped in 41 fights. A late round stopge is possible for eather boxer but I think Cotto will win 7-9 of the rounds on the Judges score cards.

First off, so you expect Cotto to win by UD? Second, who are some of these fighters? I'm sorry but I'm blanking out on this one.

    "He got luckly...."

    "Cotto was exposed..."

I assume those will be the popular choices bu the idiots of the board. God forbid a bunch of ******* just instead admit they were completely wrong about him.

If the Judging is don corectly I expect all three to have the same or at least close to the same result. So yes I expect an UD, unless one boxer should win 6 or 7 rounds. I think a one point diffrence in the scores is acatable.
Antonio Margarito has a 73“ reach
Shane Mosley has a 74“ reach, Zab Judah has a 72“ reach, Carlos Quintana has a 72“ reach.

Its not going to happen so theres no point in even thinking about it, Magarito has far to much hype for what he has achived, Cotto will stop him.

Excellent post and observation here. So he has definitely fought longer opponents yet came out on the victorious end. However, it will be the power and the brawling style that Margarito brings that really threatens Cotto's hold on the WBA welterweight title and undefeated record.
