If Margarito/Mayorga/Maidana fought each other...

Mayorga by KO in all cases.

 

Margarito beats both of them.

Mayorga beats Maidana.

Margarito's crazy workrate and ability to fight inside and throw punches from all sorts of angles would be the difference. He could be coming forward or backing up and throw these long punches that would land, especially on guys with defenses like Mayorga and Maidana. It will be brought up later, so here's my theory on the wraps. I don't think Margarito's first time using illegal wraps was Mosley, but I don't think he used them EVERY SINGLE TIME. I think they all had heavy hands.

 

The Yorg kicks the **** outta' them both.

 

Margarito too much for both.

Mayorga too much for Maidana.

 

People don't know how much of a beast Mayorga was before Tito ruined him.

Mayorga was also a huge weight cutter, he was HUGE for a WW. He also had a better chin and more power than the other two.

A prime Mayorga knocks out Margarito(without the wraps) and the smaller Maidana under Robert Garcia.

Margarito vs Maidana would be an interesting fight. Maidana could be hurt, especially to the body. I lean towards a Margarito UD in an exciting fight.

Marg waa so much better when he was younger, he actually had boxing skill, for some reason he started using his face for defense.

If peopen watch his fights from his late teens to early 20'so you would not know it was the same dude, and if you weren't told it was him you'd deny deny deny.

Once he got to the better fighters he was almost already beaten down. I don't know if he could beat the chino under garcia, prior to garcia it would've been a war. Biggest problem is chino was a lot faster and hit way harder.

Same goes with Mayorga, I don't know chino or marg could handle pre tito Mayorga, dude was a true beast. I can see him stopping marg on face damage and him or chino stopping each other from body shots.

Marg when he was younger, he was much thinner but also so much faster than the marg most know.

Those 3 would probably ruin each other with trilogy beatings of each other

 

I think both Maidana and Margarito are better than Mayorga...
When Maidana started training with Robert Garcia, IMO he improved in all facets Conditioning, Defense, offensive placement of blows, footwork...he began to put all the pieces together as a fighter...
I'd like to hear the opinion on Maidana v Margarito from Robert Garcia himself...

 

Never seen a fight with three fighters pitted against each other in the ring. But, that would be a damn good one there.

 

Mayorga as a welterweight champion was pretty ferocious. Once he got above welter, he dropped off dramatically.

I think the Mayorga who fought Six Heads Lewis and Vernon Forrest would win against both Margarito and Maidana.

Maidana loses to both.

 

Margarito too tough

 

Mayorga beats them all best most accomplished fighter of them all.
