Not being stopped against Pac is his biggest win? Shows how bad his resume really is. :rofl:rofl

He meant Cotto was his best win, which he was coming off of when he fought Mosley.

THis will change nothing in regards to the hand-wraps issue.

But anyone who has stated in the past that COtto would beat Margo(-"Cement blocks") will just have to STFU or look like a fool!

    Look ,

Margarito was caught cheating against Mosley , therefore he'll always be a cheating **** !!!!

The Cotto fight is a slightly different matter , Margarito has Cotto's number stylistically , maybe the wraps gave him the slight advantage he needed to make his shots count against Cotto who knows , fact is , he walked Cotto down and took his will

This fight is interesting because Margarito is shot and Cotto is somewhere past his best , therefore if Margo beats Cotto , its should signal the end of a wonderfull career for Cotto

if margarito wins the fight this time, i think it proves that, however good cotto is/was, tony margarito has always had cotto's number.
however, if cotto wins, i think it casts a massive question mark over margarito's career.
he beat cotto under a cloud of suspicion and possable cheating, but when asked to do it again, all fair and square, he cant do it. margarito's whole career and reputation hangs on this fight in my opinion.

Cotto couldn't hurt Margarito with his best shots, and couldn't contend with Margarito's punch volume. Unless Margarito is just a shell of his former self, he takes Cotto apart again.

Never underestimate your opponent ? Plus we all know he needed the plasters to beat Mosley.

If Cotto takes Margarito's best punches in the similar volume as the first fight, for a full 12 rounds, and finishes on his feet--win or lose--I'd have to question the circumstances around the first fight.

Sad but true - Margaritto put up the best fight against Pacquiao than anyone else has since he fought Marquez 2. Just thought I'd throw that in.

I think this is gonna be completely different from Cotto Margaritto 1. I think Cotto will be less willing to trade and go forward and will box more cautiously of the back-foot if he can. Margaritto will do the smae ass always because he only knows how to fight one way. I think it goes to the cards this time.

It validates nothing. He had loaded gloves for the first fight and I don't care a bout those Tijuana Taxi drivers posting on the site asking for proof. If he uses it against Mosley in a fight considered a tune-up then he sure as hell would use it against Cotto in a fight promoted as his last shot.

This is the only time I'll say this regarding any fighter in this sport but I do hope Cotto murders him off this planet.

So if he manages the same type of performance with legal wraps you won't consider that perhaps he didn't have loaded gloves the first time?
